For the United States you can follow the following rules:
In the spring and summer after you “spring ahead” subtract the following; 5 hrs. for the East Coast, 4 hrs. for the Midwest, 3 hrs. for Mountain zone, and 2 hrs. for the Pacific Coast.
In the fall and winter after you “fall behind” sabtract the following; 6 hrs. for the East Coast, 5 hrs. for the Midwest, 4 hrs. for Mountain zone, and 3 hrs. for the Pacific Coast.
